Senior Solutions For You names Chris Nelson community relations manager

Chris Nelson recently joined the team at Senior Solutions For You.

Debbie Russo and Christina Beasley, co-owners of Senior Solutions For You—a Wheaton-based agency offering in-home and life care services to senior citizens—recently named Chris Nelson their community relations manager.
Nelson, 27, a Warrenville resident, will be responsible for helping the agency build business relationships with senior centers, community organizations and various providers and expand the company’s reach throughout Chicagoland.
Since its founding in spring 2010, Senior Solutions For You has grown impressively: Originally serving only the western suburbs, the agency has branched out into several new territories across Cook and DuPage Counties. Nelson will assist in the continued expansion, particularly in Kane County.
“I’m looking forward to the opportunity to grow and develop the business and take it to the next level,” said Nelson, who answers to Toni Henricks, director of community care for Senior Solutions For You. “My job will be to develop new and nurture existing relationships with community resources that cater to seniors. This is a very exciting time for our business, and I’m thrilled to be part of the team.”
Previously, Nelson worked for two-and-a-half years in Naperville as a senior health care recruiter for a health care company. He earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from North Central College in Naperville.
Russo said Nelson “has a valuable network of contacts and a strong rapport with many companies, programs and providers in this industry. His experience will help us better saturate the market so that we can get the word out about what we’re offering to seniors.”
